  • We listen to you: our Platform is the product of what YOU (the users) prefer and find most convenient when using our service
  • We hear you: we show uncensored reviews (of patients who have actually treated)


Introduction TCs

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our (mobile) website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") and/or by completing a appointment, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online appointment service (including the facilitation of payment service) provided by us on these pages and through the website are owned, operated and provided by HEAL2GO B.V. and are provided for your personal, non-commercial (B2C) use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The relationship that we have with the Healthcare Providers are governed by separate terms and conditions which govern the (B2B) commercial relationship we have with each of these Healthcare Providers. Each healthcare provider acts in a professional manner vis-à-vis HEAL2GO B.V. when making its product and/or service available on or through HEAL2GO B.V. (both for its business-to-business ("B2B") and/or business-to-consumer ("B2C") relationship). Please note that Healthcare Providers may have, declare applicable and/or require (acceptance of) – in addition to the policies and fine print as disclosed on the website, their own (delivery / shipping / carriage / usage) terms and conditions and house rules for the use, access and consummation of the Healthcare (which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability).



"HEAL2GO", "us", "we" or "our" means HEAL2GO B.V., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, and having its registered address at Science Park 608 (Unit A8) 1098 XH, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Welcome to the website of HEAL2GO B.V., (“HEAL2GO”), and thank you for using HEAL2GO’s services (“Services”) and  ("Platform") means the (mobile) website and app. By using HEAL2GO’s Services, you as the user (“User”) are agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. Some of our Services are subject to additional terms. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services and those additional terms become part of your agreement with HEAL2GO if you use those Services.


1.Scope and nature of HEAL2GO’s Services

1.a) HEAL2GO is a service platform which purpose is the provision of a marketplace for medical service or healthcare providers including but not limited to hospitals and clinics (“Providers”).

1.b) HEAL2GO provides additional Services to the User, each at an individual cost, including but not limited to booking flight tickets and accommodation, transfers and rent a car by affillating with Booking.com.

1.c) HEAL2GO does not refer the User or other patients to specific Providers but only provides information about Providers based on the User’s needs, i.e. time frame of availability, geographic area, medical needs, etc. Thus, the User will not be allocated to any Provider but will instead be provided with a list of Providers (including the name, address, specialization, etc.) of which the User can choose one and book an appointment with.

1.d) HEAL2GO discloses details and information on Providers based on data, either provided by the Providers or collected and curated from online and offline information from a variety of sources. Although HEAL2GO uses reasonable skill and care in performing the Services it will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information provided is accurate, complete or correct, nor can HEAL2GO be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information provided by the Providers or non-delivery of information by the Providers. The website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or qualification of any Provider.

1.e) HEAL2GO channels and thereby facilitates the communication between the User and Providers. In particular, HEAL2GO provides different forms the User may use in order to inquire about the Provider’s medical Services. Should the User and the Provider decide to conclude a contract, HEAL2GO is not involved in the contractual relationship between the User and the Provider and also in no way influences the conclusion or the content of the contract. HEAL2GO does not assume any rights, obligations or liabilities vis-a-vis the User out of a contract concluded between a Provider (or another third party) and the User. 

1.f) HEAL2GO does not provide medical Services itself. The information provided on HEAL2GO’s website including the information provided by the Providers and other third parties cannot replace a medical consultation or a medical examination and shall not be used to independently decide whether to commence or terminate a medical treatment.


2.Conclusion of Contract

2.a) The use of HEAL2GO’s Services requires the User to provide personal contact details in order for HEAL2GO or Providers to be able to assist the User with the medical travel facilitation Services. The User will have to (i) provide his or her full name and phone number, email address and (ii) agree to these Terms and (iii) to HEAL2GO’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

2.b) HEAL2GO Services are free for the User.

2.e) The User may request to remove their submitted personal, specific personal and medical data from HEAL2GO databases at any time by sending an email to [email protected] In compliance with the Privacy Policies, HEAL2GO will delete or block the personal data and specific personal data of the User as soon as the User has requested to do so. However, for the purpose of being able to trace and document the history of inquiries of the User or Providers in the event of any legal disputes related to Providers contacted by the User via HEAL2GO’s platform, HEAL2GO will keep the first and the last name of the User and his or her email address. HEAL2GO will not use this data for any other than the aforementioned reason, in particular not for any promotional purposes, after such a request from the User. 

2.f) Any User who is a consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Section ABCDEF.


3. Privacy and cookies

Heal2go.com respects your privacy. Please have a look at our privacy and cookies policy for further information.


4. Additional Services

4.a) HEAL2GO also provides Additional Services that the User may decide to use the Services of an intermediary or a trusted third party who manages the transaction between both parties. 

The Additional Services may include but are not limited to the following:  

Visa Service. This free service covers the provision of an invitation letter, which is often required in order to obtain a medical treatment visa. This service does not cover any extra charges which will have to be paid directly to the embassy.

Airport-Hotel-Airport Transfer. User may decide to organize airport-hotel-airport transfers by using a trusted third party service provider. User can also contact the clinic or healthcare provider where the user is receiving treatment and find out if the transfer service is free or not.

Logistical Assistance. This service provides free and dedicated support with finding and booking medical travel and accommodation at the destination of treatment. A HEAL2GO Care Team representative will present the user with travel and/or accommodation options with their prices. HEAL2GO does not provide the travel or accommodation Services. The costs of the actual accommodation and/or flights are paid by the traveling User.

4.c) HEAL2GO will not provide the respective Travel Services itself but only assists the User in booking the respective Travel Services carried out by the Travel Service Provider. Thus, the respective agreement will only be concluded between the User and the Travel Service Provider and any declarations, queries or claims regarding the Travel Service(s) should be addressed directly towards the Travel Service Provider. 

4.d) By making a booking with a Travel Service Provider (either directly or through HEAL2GO as User’s agent), the User accepts and agrees to the relevant terms and conditions of the Travel Service Provider (Expedia.com, the Travel Service Provider’s cancellation, and refund policies). 


5. Advertisements and Promotions

5.a) ThirdParty Products and Services HEAL2GO may run advertisements and promotions from “Providers” or other third parties on the Platform or may otherwise provide information about or links to third party products or Services on the Platform. HEAL2GO may also provide referrals or links to or information about third parties that may provide various products and Services that are accessed through the Platform or otherwise. 5.b) Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, Providers or such other third parties, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions or the third party goods and Services provided, are solely between you and such Provider or other third parties. 5.c) HEAL2GO is not responsible or liable for any third party products or Services or for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or promotions or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or third party information on the Platform.


6. Rating System & Stars and Patient Reviews

6.a) Certain types of forums are set-up on HEAL2GO’s website enabling the User (i) to provide information in order to review the Services of Providers and to exchange experiences and opinions with other users, (ii) to evaluate Providers by way of a rating system and (iii) to give recommendations to HEAL2GO, other users or Providers (such forums the “Rating Systems”). These Rating Systems reflect personal perceptions, experiences and assessments of the Users. The User has no right to use or to the flawless functioning of the Rating Systems and HEAL2GO may shut down the Rating Systems at any time or interrupt the service. 6.b) The User shall only rate Services of Providers or other third persons that he or she has personally used. The User is prohibited from making any ratings in a user forum provided by HEAL2GO, if they contain untrue facts, are defamatory or if they are not permitted by law (e.g. because they are of an abusive or disparaging nature). 6.c)  In the event of a violation of User’s obligation pursuant to Section 8.2, HEAL2GO is entitled to delete the respective ratings and – while taking into account the relevant User’s legitimate interests – to block the User’s account temporarily or permanently. 6.d) The User agrees to the long-term storage and publishing of his or her ratings made in the forums, irrespective of a termination of User’s registration with HEAL2GO.


7. User’s Obligations

7.a) The Services of HEAL2GO are available to individuals who are 18 years or older. The User is entitled of using HEAL2GO’s Services on behalf of a third person below the age of 18, and shall inform HEAL2GO of any activity performed on behalf of the afford-mentioned third person. 7.b) The User shall only provide true and up to date information to HEAL2GO, Providers or other third persons on this website or in connection with Services rendered by HEAL2GO. 7.c) In the event of a violation of User’s obligation pursuant to Section 9.b, HEAL2GO is entitled to delete the respective information and while taking into account the relevant User’s legitimate interests – to block the User’s account temporarily or permanently. 7.d) Please refer to Section 6.b with regard to User’s obligations in connection with the Rating Systems. 7.e) If a claim is made by a third person against HEAL2GO due to a culpable violation of User’s obligation pursuant to Sections 7.b or 8.a, the User is obligated, to indemnify HEAL2GO against third parties' claims as well as against costs which may be incurred by HEAL2GO as a result of an appropriate legal defence (e.g. court and lawyers’ fees). The right to claim further damage compensation remains unaffected.


8. Liability of HEAL2GO for own Services

8.a) Other than as expressly set out in these Terms or additional terms, HEAL2GO does not make any promises or quality declarations about the Services rendered by it and does not grant any guarantees regarding those Services. 8.b) Unless stated otherwise in Sections 9.c and 9.d, HEAL2GO is only liable in the event of a deliberate act or gross negligence. 8.c) With regard to claims arising from injury to life, body or health, HEAL2GO is also liable for mere negligence. 8.d) HEAL2GO is also liable for simple negligence if a material contractual duty has been breached. Such a material duty, which endangers the performance of the purpose of a contract, is involved if the orderly execution of the contract is only possible by fulfilling the respective duty and if the User may routinely trust that those duties will be fulfilled. The User’s claim for damages in the event of a breach of material duties on the basis of mere negligence is, however, limited to damages that are foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. 8.e Clauses to 8.d shall also apply to HEAL2GO’s legal representatives, employees or any other of HEAL2GO’s agents.


9.  No Liability for Services of Third Persons

9.a) The content of HEAL2GO has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages. Pursuant to section 7, para. 1 of the TMG (Telemediengesetz – Tele Media Act by German law), we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website.Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.

9.b) HEAL2GO contains links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. In all cases, the provider of information on the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognizable to us. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will immediately remove the link in question.


10. The Right of Withdrawal in Distance Contracts

10.a) Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract within a fourteen (14) days period without stating any reason by express declaration (e.g. letter, email). The period commences upon the conclusion of the contract. The consumer may use the “Standard Form Right of Withdrawal”. However, the use of the form is not mandatory. [The consumer may fill out and submit the “Standard Form Right of Withdrawal also electronically. In this case, HEAL2GO will immediately confirm receipt of the withdrawal electronically (e.g. via email).] Dispatch within this period shall be sufficient to meet the deadline and shall be addressed to: Email: [email protected] Address: HEAL2GO B.V., Science Park 608 (Unit A8), Amsterdam,1098 XH, Netherlands Phone: +31 20 808 3181 10.b) In the event of effective withdrawal, HEAL2GO will refund all payments received, including delivery charges (except for additional costs incurring from the consumer’s choice of a different delivery method than HEAL2GO’s standard delivery method), immediately but not later than 14 days from the date HEAL2GO received the consumer’s declaration of withdrawal. Return payments by HEAL2GO will be credited to the credit card the consumer used when ordering the goods unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances, HEAL2GO will charge the customer any expenses for the refund. 10.c) The consumer owes a reasonable amount for services already provided within the meaning of  Book 7 Particular agreements , Title 7.7 Service provision agreement, Article 7:408 Termination of the service provision agreement (Dutch Civil Code)if the services have been provided at the consumer’s specific request before he or she has made use of his or her right of withdrawal.


11. Intellectual property rights

11.a) Intellectual Property (IP) refers to the protection of creations of the mind, which have both a moral and a commercial value. Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our Services or available at or used by our Platform and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our Platform are owned by HEAL2GO B.V., its Medical Providers or Providers. 11.b) All rights reserved.
